- To provide interview practice grounded in your experience.
- To verify your identity and your mobile number.
- To process payments and manage your sessions.
- To contact you about support, and occasionally about Makhan-AI or related products.
Service providers
We use a few trusted providers strictly to run the service:
- Twilio — to send the WhatsApp verification code.
- AI providers — to generate practice answers from your questions and knowledge base.
- Payments — UPI for collecting session payments.
Storage & security
Your data is stored in a secure database, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing us. We keep your data while your account is active.
