Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.
Makhan-AI is sold as one-off practice sessions. Each session is a single 60-minute block for one person.
- Once a session is started, the payment is non-refundable.
- There are no partial refunds for time not used within a session.
- Extra time or additional questions require a new paid session — they are not added to an expired one.
The only exceptions
A refund is issued only in these cases:
- A duplicate payment for the same session.
- An incorrect amount charged due to a genuine billing or UPI error.
How to raise a claim
Email us within 7 days of the charge with your registered email and your UPI transaction reference (UTR). We’ll review and respond.
