By creating an account or using Makhan-AI, you agree to these terms.
1. What Makhan-AI is
Makhan-AI is an interview practice and coaching tool. It learns from the resume and notes you upload and helps you rehearse interview questions — by voice or on code — grounded in your own experience.
2. Your account
- An account is for one person and requires a verified mobile number.
- You may not share, resell, or transfer your account or a session.
- Sharing, reselling, or any misuse of access may result in extra charges or suspension of your account, without refund.
- You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
3. Sessions & payment
- Practice is sold as sessions: ₹500 per 60-minute session for one person.
- Payment is made in advance via UPI. Access begins when you start the session.
- All payments are non-refundable — see our Refund Policy.
- Extra time or additional questions require a new paid session.
- Prices may change; the price shown at the time of payment applies.
4. Acceptable use
Makhan-AI is for your own personal interview preparation. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass session limits or payment, or use it in any unlawful way.
5. No guarantee
Makhan-AI is a practice tool. We do not guarantee any interview result, offer, or outcome. Answers are AI-generated and may contain mistakes — you are responsible for how you use them.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the resume and notes you upload. You grant us permission to process that content only to provide the service to you. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Makhan-AI is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
